Heading the Loyalty Programs vertical apart from handling the business for Technology Solutions covers the entire gamut of retail strategy and operations. Designing loyalty programs and technology implementations to clients' delight is what I take the most pride in.
My role in Channelplay requires me to run Key Accounts end to end. The role encompasses getting business for the vertical, overseeing successful delivery of the project and helping client with meaningful & actionable results. At Channelplay we believe in continuous improvement in terms of processes and technology to serve our clients better and to drive these strategic initiatives is an integral part of the role. Continuous coaching and mentoring the team to keep them motivated is something I am involved in. The journey so far has been exciting and enriching.
