  • Target assigning and making a route map of regional vendors to visit on field
  • Training of the field vendors and sub-vendors to capture detailed recce report with long shot outdoor and in-door photographs of the outlet
  • Mapping of the outlets with online system to capture report from field team
  • Sharing sub-partner wise warehouse location to receive the material of the zone from client for the deployment
  • Daily reporting of the recce, Installation of the non-lit flange & boards
  • Giving Channelplay online web portal access to client to track real time activity coverage happening on field
  • Coordinating with zonal managers & team leads to sort address and other retailer’s concerns
  • Subletting regional vendor partners to cover the activity within the TAT assigned by the client
  • Effective coordination of the entire activity between client, regional sales team, retailers, regional vendors partners and sub partners
  • On time reporting to client in prescribe format
  • Sharing glimpse photographs of the daily execution over email & region wise what’s app group
