Deployment of Non Lit Flex Boards for Paytm Payments Bank

With the successful deployment of Flange for Paytm payments bank, Channelplay was further contacted by Paytm Bank for the production and deployment of Non Lit Flex Boards at 12000 plus outlets. These outlets are spread across 400 cities and towns in India.

The sole purpose of this activity was to become most preferred banking partner for customers across India by creating awareness & increasing visibility.

Following approach adopted by Channelplay to complete this activity within strict timelines of 70 working days.

Approach

  • Aligning regional partner teams for smooth and timely field execution
  • System integration for real time access to field execution reports for client and internal teams
  • Mapping and assigning target stores to the regional team to complete recce and upload necessary visual proofs (signed recce report and store pictures) on the portal
  • Preparing partner & state wise estimates post recce, to be able to forecast the overall budgets/cost
  • Suggesting Artwork/creative according to brand guidelines and then prepare for adaptation of the approved artworks basis recce done in the field
  • Subletting regional vendor partners to carry out the branding deployment within the specified timelines and to ensure uniformity across the stores
  • Enabling effective coordination of the complete deployment activity between the required stakeholders
  • Creating and sharing reports as per agreed reporting calendar
  • Real time access to pictures of the deployment in the field through Channelplay’s online web portal and WhatsApp groups
  • 100% Quality check reports available online for client access
