Fixture Installation for Micromax Consumer Durable Retail

The key objective of this project was to assemble & install Micromax Led fixtures in consumer durable outlets where retailer can deploy Micromax products exclusively.

Methodology:

  • Sourcing of the fitter team across different geographies having skills do assemble & install different types of fixtures in market.
  • Daily reporting & tracking of the elements delivery status with delivery partners
  • Training of the field team on fixture deployment as per client guideline, online reporting & data capturing
  • 3 different units were to be installed in outlets with different guidelines
  • PJP designing and target assigning to the field team to cover all the locations within assigned TAT
  • Reporting of damage element & to client.
  • Coordination of the entire activity between Micromax personals and fitters on field
  • Installation of LED Flange, LED Backwalls & trolleys by field executives along with reporting & Geo tagging
  • Capturing & Reporting of the deployment from outlets through online reporting system.
  • Sharing glimpse photographs of the daily coverage
  • Reporting & validation

Outcome:

  • Installation of fixtures across all locations
  • Uniform visibility across all outlets located in metro & remote location in India within the TAT assigned
  • Precise coordinates of all the activity done through online portal
  • 95% TAT adherence for fixture deployment
  • Increased brand visibility.
  • 100% involvement by all outlets wherever PoSM was deployed
