Mobile App based Loyalty Program for an FMCG brand

The main objective from the client was to create a mobile app based solution which can be used by the field Sales team to enrol outlets into the loyalty program, take orders, upload invoices and keep track of performance of the enrolled partners. The app was developed and launched for 200+ Field force members across the country. Through the app close to 1500 partners have been enrolled across the country and their orders and invoices are being collected through the application. Enrolments and invoices are also verified through the web portal developed by us.


The key activities in project execution involved:

  • Creation of an Android Mobile App for the field teams
  • Enrol partners through the app with approval loops for ASMs, RSMs and HO
  • Take orders for the partners as part of their day-to-day work
  • Upload invoices against orders with approval loop for HO
  • Dashboards for HO to track the field activities
  • Training workshop for the field force on how to use the application


The solution was a success and the key highlights were as follows:

  • Plan the sales and performance of channel partners effectively
  • Readily available data regarding the participants of loyalty programs
  • Seamless workflow for sales entry and master changes avoiding manual tasks
