App Based Loyalty Solution for Sales Force of a Stationery Company

The main objective from the client was to create a mobile app based solution which can be used by the field Sales team to track the performance of Channel Partners, Plan their sales and play their part in various workflows designed within. The app was developed and launched for 400+ Field force members across the country

Approach

The key activities in project execution involved:

  • Creation of an Android Mobile App for the field teams
  • Ability to view the detailed points status and transactions of relevant channel partners
  • Plan month wise Sales of the partners and view the estimated points
  • OTP based consent from channel partners for sales plan and rewards
  • View reward redemption status
  • Modify the contact details of existing retailers and electricians
  • Enter the secondary sales to Wholesale outlets
  • Report their daily activities

The solution was a success and the key highlights were as follows:
