App based Loyalty Solution for Sales Force of an Electrical Company

The main objective from the client was to create a mobile app based solution which can be used by the field Sales team to track the performance of Retailers and Electricians in the loyalty programs and play their part in various workflows designed within. The app was developed and launched for 200+ Field force members across the country

Approach

The key activities in project execution involved:

  • Creation of an Android Mobile App for the field teams
  • Ability to view the detailed points status and transactions of relevant retailers and electricians
  • Do Sales and coupon entry against electricians
  • Share best practices and view/like/comment on other best practices shared
  • Add new electricians and retailers. Modify the contact details of existing retailers and electricians
  • Approval loops for addition/modification of retailers or electricians and best practices shared

Outcome

The solution was a success and the key highlights were as follows:

  • Readily available data regarding the participants of loyalty programs
  • Seamless workflow for coupon entry and master changes avoiding manual tasks

Reduction of data entry TATs and thereby reward cycles for the participants
