POP Display Campaign for TVS

The key objectives of this project was to deploy the PoSM material of new product category to 3400 locations in 1700 towns across PAN India in TVS showrooms. Major activities in project execution were as follows:


  • Sourcing of the VM team across different geographies in India to cover each of the location across 1700 towns PAN India
  • Outlet enrolment and mapping with online tracking system for real time visual merchandising
  • Training of the field team on new product launch, PoSM deployment as per client guideline, online reporting & data capturing
  • PJP designing and target assigning to the filed team to cover all of the locations within the TAT assigned by client
  • POS logistic management to VM hubs & further to dealers locations
  • Coordination of the entire activity between dealers, client sales team and visual merchandisers.
  • PoSM deployment by field executives along with reporting & Geo tagging
  • Sharing glimpse photographs of the daily coverage 
  • Reporting & validation
