The objectives of the project was to deploy posters for Canara & Syndicate bank branches & ATMs across India. POSM communication was focused on benefits provided by Master card on syndicate & canara bank ATM cards.
Approach
- Dispatch of posm to VM hubs & further to Branches
- Tracking of dispatched material & ensuring on time delivery of the pos for timely deployment
- Aligning merchandisers team across different geographies in India for the pos deployment
- Bank branch mapping and enrolment with online tracking system
- Target assigning & PJP designing for the field team to cover all of the branches
- Training merchandisers on pos deployment guidelines & information capturing through mobile application
- End to end coordination of the entire activity between client regional team, HO and visual merchandisers
- Branch wise (Canara & Syndicate) deployment of the POS only in bank working hours to all branches scattered to 300+ towns across India
- Reporting & geo tagging of branch through online reporting system.
- VM visit reporting & validation
- Daily/weekly coverage reporting through mobile application & reporting by what’s app & mails
