The brand had a very big network of product catalog and a structured Sales and Key Account team. The challenge was to generate leads form relevant industries such as office building, Pharmaceutical, Hotel and Food Service, Healthcare and Manufacturing.

  • To provide Outbound support for abandoned calls during out of office hours and engaging prospects towards organizations products to convert them into leads.
