The main objective of the project was to collect the orders from retail stores through a fool proof system for the products of Tropolite Foods. Additionally, the client did not have a database of existing outlets which was created through the system. The application was successfully piloted in Delhi region and later rolled out to the entire country.

The client, a leading consumer electronics brand, had the following requirements:

1Channel for Visual Merchandising Management at Pernod Ricard

The main objective of the project was to standardise and monitor visual merchandising operations in outlets selling Pernod Ricard products. The requirement was to modify the app to fit exactly into the workflow of the field staff and report merchandising execution level on a real time basis. The pilot was conducted in a couple of states and will be expanded to the rest of the country after stabilization and adoption.

The client, a telecom major, wanted to improve the governance of visual merchandising operations through standardizing and monitoring merchandising operations in outlets selling its recharge cards and coupons. The requirement was to digitize the planning and execution of merchandising in the field on a real time basis while the data collected was to be shared with reporting managers through interactive reports and dashboards.
