Michelin is one of the leading international tyre manufacturing companies. They wanted to change in store communications through in-shop branding at their 35 premium stores across India with the objective of achieving increased visibility in the market.
- Identifying & aligning stores to regional vendor partners for smooth operations
- Making a beat plan for regional partners to complete recce within the timelines
- Comprehensive training of the field team to capture recce report along with relevant & mandatory visual proofs, like long & close shot photographs
The main objective of the project was to increase brand visibility through uniform and best in class in-shop & outdoor branding for TI cycles for their product “BSA HERCULES Cycles” in 200+ tier 2 & 3 towns across South & West India.
The objectives of the project was to deploy posters for Canara & Syndicate bank branches & ATMs across India. POSM communication was focused on benefits provided by Master card on syndicate & canara bank ATM cards.
The project was about to do best in class and uniform in-door & outdoor branding for Lenovo India across South India in 100+ tier 2 & 3 towns. It was a pilot activity which is supposed to get reflected across India, once pilot is successfully executed.
