The objective of this program was to ensure best in class and uniform in-shop & outdoor branding (flex, vinyl prints, OWV, flanges, lollypop boards, sun-boards, GSB & NLB signages) for Tally solutions across 300 locations in 70 towns across North & East India.
Key objectives of this project was to deploy the PoSM material for campaign awareness offer communication to 1500 locations in 150 towns across India along with merchant's/consumer's awareness about the PhonePe brand. Major activities in project execution were as follows:
Channelplay Limited manages ISB, GSB & product planogram execution for Timex retail outlet which comes with a necessity of VM deployment as well. Channelplay executes VM for Timex with a objective of ensuring C Clips availability across all retail outlets along with PoSM execution with a specified frequency of visit. This helps in timely replenishment & deployment of PoSMs at the time of new product launch & generic PoSM deployment.
Samsung manages all instore communication activities through Cheil India & Channelplay is the preferred partner for executing all those services for Cheil. Till Dec 2017 all signage maintenance activities were being conducted by different vendors across regions which for Cheil which was a tedious task to record, manage, & execute. Thus, Channelplay was selected to integrate & manage all signage related maintenance activities under one single roof for North & East regions.
Titan, one of India's leading Watch & Accessories brands, had been managing the store displays through their sales and distribution team, and was facing the problem of non-adherence of product planogram & collateral management in stores across India. The solution was to shift responsibility of planogram adherence from sales staff to those who have special skill set of managing product planogram and POP display in different categories of stores. Channelplay was chosen to deliver this service.
