The client was looking for a one stop solution for hassle free execution of their trainings and expected an efficient MIS system along with a skilled project management team to support them. Channelplay, with years of established relationship with training venues and logistic vendors, ensured that all the trainings were conducted as per plan with deliverables as per client expectation. The key activities in project execution were as follows:-

  • Training venue booking - Tie-up with more than 170 properties across the country ensured preferential treatment and exclusive rates.
  • Trainer travel & stay - Requirements were gathered from all the trainers and bookings were done at corporate discounted rates.
  • Device logistics - Through proper planning we ensured that all the devices required for the training session were fully charged, reached the venue on time and collected back post the session.
  • Claim management - We on-boarded all the trainers on our in-house claims management platform which ensured timely processing of trainer claims.
  • Reporting - A comprehensive reporting format covering all the aspects of the training program was agreed upon with the client and followed throughout.
