Visual Merchandising for Akzonobel

 Akzonobel felt a need to do things differently in its marketing space & needs someone who can work as a one stop solution in retail for them. Channelplay came into picture with an objective to deploy there high quality PoSM material adhering to guidelines & with minimal intervention of there already occupied sales force.

Methodology:

  • PoSM elements were fragile due to which special packaging & quality audit was done before dispatching of the PoSM across India
  • Daily reporting & tracking of the elements delivery status with delivery partners
  • Field executives were hired for the execution of work
  • We organised different training sessions for the field team to communicate the guidelines of the deployments
  • 3 different units were to be installed in outlets with different guidelines
  • We designed the PJP prioritizing the top towns followed by base & upcountry outlets.
  • Reporting of damage element & manufacturing of the same from approved business partners.
  • Coordination of the entire activity between Akzonobel personals and visual merchandisers on field
  • PoSM deployment by field executives along with reporting & Geo tagging
  • Capturing & Reporting 2 side photographs of the outlets through online reporting system.
  • Sharing glimpse photographs of the daily coverage

Outcome:

  • Coverage across India on all prominent outlets
  • Invariable visibility across geographies
  • Capturing of precise coordinates of all the activity done through online portal
  • Increased brand visibility, scheme communication.
