Huawei is a major mobile phone brand in India that sells through thousands of multi-brand outlets, among other channels. The program was focused on POSM placement and to manage store visibility through innovative display of products and POSMs across Delhi & NCR retail market. The program also generated actionable market intelligence by reporting share of visibility at key retail outlets of Huawei and major competitors, and identified opportunities for improvement.
