How Channelplay Got The Best Performer Award in VM Category?

We are a visual merchandising partner for a leading handset manufacturing conglomerate since 2013 & year on year we have invented new methods of improving the quality & effectiveness of the visual merchandising execution on ground. It's our continues efforts towards optimising the brand visibility which lead us to win Best Performer Award in VM category. We won this award for the second time in 3 years & expecting to deliver improved results to client to make this happen again.

Improvement in productivity over time

Executing campaigns at 15k+ outlets with more than 35k visit per month requires a large field force, thus contributing to large chunk of budget. We at Channelplay uses multiple methods to improve productivity of a VM over time to ensure that we cover maximum outlets with minimum possible manpower required. Few of the methods mentioned below-

  • Optimising PJP over time
  • Identifying those towns which are pulling down the productivity of a VM & identifying other methods to get the same done
  • Removing outlets from visits which are permanently closed or shifted

Tracking daily in time & out time of VMs, Average Market working hrs to ensure team stays in field for the assigned hrs. 

Improvement in execution quality

POSM deployment is an art & science both & continuous training about planogram, do's & dont's, hygiene & other execution related cases should be highlighted to VMs time on time along with periodic meetings. We have a training assessment score of more than 95% YoY for all VMs working in market for this project.

Innovation in execution

POSM deployment is not only about fixing the posters in stores. The end objective is to help initiate a dialogue between prospective  consumers & sellers. Also, other end objective is to create awareness of the cause for which POSM is getting created. We build & innovate through our creativity by utilising available POSMs & execute on the outlets to create a dialogue & attract maximum walk-ins to the store.
