Acer India, one of India’s leading Computer & Laptop brands, tied up with Channelplay to enable PoSM (Tent cards, Posters, Buyers guides, Highlighters etc.) deployment at all Acer retail outlets across India. The objective of this activity was to ensure uniform in-shop branding and increase visibility share in the market across different store type (Exclusive, MBO, LFR, Display partners etc).

Approach

  • Hiring & training a team of Visual Merchandisers (VM) in Tier 1 cities for smooth and timely execution
  • Mapping of stores to the Visual Merchandisers for smooth visit plan
  • Design route plan & budget for defined store visits – ensuring 100% coverage
  • Define and request the required PoSM quantity with Acer
  • Coordinating with Acer and regional offices for PoSM delivery & deployment
  • Designing the deployment plan to ensure timely execution
  • Ensuring 100% PJP adherence
  • Online reporting of Daily attendance, VM productivity & Field execution status through Channelplay’s in-house portal
  • Data validation and reporting execution with visual proofs as per the defined reporting calendar
  • Sharing weekly competition update supported by pictures
