The key objectives of this project was to do in-shop and signage branding for Carlsberg at different partner's outlets across India. Another key objective was to create awareness of the new product launched by Carlsberg.
- Analysing the branding store list provided by the client
- Outlet enrolment for execution
- Assigning territory wise store to execution partners.
- Training of the execution partners on recce, execution guideline, and collecting required supporting for proof of execution
- Coordinating with dealers & Carlsberg ASM’s for occupying branding space
- Prioritising the job execution on ground & activity execution within the TAT assigned.
- Coordination of entire activity from team alignment, recce, cost & visuals adaptation approval, necessary work permit arrangement on site for the execution on ground.
- Reporting recce presentation & suggesting media type for the branding to client
- Execution of the job on ground. Execution of 200+ stores across Tier 1 & Tier 2 towns within 10 days TAT assigned by the client.
